A note about handmade

Every Goldie piece is thrown on the wheel or handbuilt, cleaned, painted, glazed and handled by one person. You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind handmade object by a human, so variations and signs of being handmade are to be expected. I hope you appreciate the uniqueness of each item as much as I do!

Dishwasher? Microwave? What's the deal?

All work is dishwasher and microwave safe but hand washing and not microwaving is highly recommended.

It's recommended to rinse your mug or cup with warm water before pouring in extremely hot liquids.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipping is limited to US and Canada but I'm working on extending to more countries with each drop! I am hoping to have international shipping by the end of 2024.

Can I return my order?

All items are final sale. If your item is damaged during transit, please send photos within 48 hours to goldieceramics@gmail.com and I'll work with you on a solution!

My package was lost in transit, what do I do?

Goldie Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is in possession of USPS or another mail carrier. It's a good idea to keep an eye on tracking so you can bring the package in when it arrives. If your package is stolen from your doorstep, you can file a claim using your tracking number via USPS.

Can I commission a specific piece from you?

I am currently at capacity for custom orders and will update this page when I have availability!

Do I offer wholesale?

No, I don't currently take wholesale orders. I will update this section if that changes in the future.
